Pottery Barn Inspired Office Products

Bringing Pottery Barn’s Aesthetic to Everyday Office Products

I’m excited to share with you my Pottery Barn Inspired Office Products, a collection of functional desk accessories that translate Pottery Barn’s relaxed rustic aesthetic into everyday tools. This project explored how simple forms, natural materials, and subtle textures can elevate objects like tape dispensers and pen holders into pieces that feel both purposeful and design-driven. By experimenting with wood, pottery-inspired finishes, and scrap-friendly construction methods, I created products that are customizable, sustainable, and aligned with Pottery Barn’s vision of beauty and comfort in the home.

Pottery Barn Inspired Office Products is a collection of functional desk accessories that translate Pottery Barn’s relaxed rustic aesthetic into everyday tools. The project explored how simple forms, natural materials, and subtle textures can elevate objects like tape dispensers and pen holders into pieces that feel both purposeful and design-driven. By experimenting with wood, pottery-inspired finishes, and scrap-friendly construction methods, the products were designed to be customizable, sustainable, and consistent with Pottery Barn’s vision of beauty and comfort in the home.

The design process emphasized blending usability with brand-inspired aesthetics. Early ideation led to foam models and material studies, which informed the final concepts: a scrap-wood tape dispenser and pottery-textured pen holders in Pottery Barn’s signature colors and rustic finishes. Both products were intentionally kept simple, durable, and adaptable, ensuring they would fit seamlessly into a wide range of office or home environments.
